If you're having trouble getting a lock to connect, try the following steps:
1. Close out the app completely
- Tap the icon at the bottom of the screen directly to the right of the bottom center icon. This brings up all of the running apps.
- To close the StratIS app, hit the "Clear All" button or tap the X at the top corner of the app.
2. Open the app back up and try connecting to doors again.
3. Make sure all the cable connections between the tablet and the door cable aren't loose.
4. If it's still failing after that, reboot the tablet completely.
5. If it still won't work, give us a call and we'll help figure out what we need to do to correct the issue.
