To create a staff member:

  • Navigate to the home menu
    • If you are not logged in log into your site
    • If you are asked select the correct property
    • Tap the picture of the home at the top left
  • Navigate to the staff key menu
    • Tap to select "People"
    • Tap to select "Staff"
  • Create User
    • Tap "Add User" on the top right
    • Enter the the user's e-mail address and name. Make sure that the new staff member's email address is valid.
    • Tap "Choose Permissions"
    • Select appropriate permissions  
    • Use arrows on right to expand details
    • Tap "Save"
  • Activate Account
    • Follow directions in the e-mail sent to user
