• Check all connections on the cable

    • Try disconnecting and reconnecting all cable connections, especially the iButton reader to bridge connector
    • Reconnect the cable and try the action again
  • You may need to restart the app.
    • Tap the icon at the bottom of the screen directly to the right of the bottom center icon. This brings up all of the running apps.
    • To close the StratIS app, hit the "Clear All" button or tap the X at the top corner of the app.
    • Open the app back up and try the action again.
  • You may need to reboot the tablet

    • Hold down the unlock button for a little while. After it shuts off, wait for about 5 seconds, then hold the unlock button down again to reboot it.
    • Open the app back up and try the action again.
