Hardware needed:

Tablet, USB to MicroUSB adapter, iButton Bridge Connector, iButton reader

 

This is normally caused by one of four issues:


  • Door times are incorrect, check the door time on a lock that does not work
  • Incorrect lock types, programming for iButtons only works on BE367 and FE210 Locks
  • Multiple red keys used on the site, verify only one red key is used at a site
  • Placing the key correctly on the door, verify it is contacted on the door correctly
