Do you see the lock in the menu after selecting program door?

  • The lock has not been added in a unit in StratIS Sphere. Please add the unit, include the lock in the Door Name, and try again. See: How do I set up a unit?


Is the lock flashing red once and not connecting after selecting it?

  • It is possible the battery is low. Try jumpstarting the battery, presenting a credential working credential and turning the lock. If this works and the deadbolt changes positions, the battery is low. 
  • This could also be a bluetooth problem. Try logging out of StratIS, logging back on, then trying again.
