First off, we want to thank you for choosing StratIS; your decision to use our product is more appreciated than we could ever tell you. While we understand that you are likely here to work through a problem (and that's not fun), we want you to know that we will be with you every step of the way as we work to figure it out.
The truth is, there are two simple steps that will help to alleviate a large portion of problems you may experience.
Close the StratIS App from your queue.
- Press the square on the touch screen on the bottom right-hand side of your tablet. A minimized version of the current running apps will appear. Swipe the StratIS Sphere app to either side to close out of the app.
Restart your tablet.
- Hold down the power button on your tablet until a dialogue menu pops up. Press Restart/Reboot, and wait for the tablet to power off and come back on again.
