To clear the Tablet Data, please attempt the following steps:


  1. Log into STRATIS and navigate to the Home Screen where you'll see the "Welcome to STRATIS" message in the center circle.
  2. Locate and click on the little person icon at the top left corner of your tablet next to the question mark.
  3. Click "Clear App Data" then click "Refresh." This action will cause you to be logged out of STRATIS.
  4. Log back in and proceed to download new door files by navigating to Manage Property > Door Operations > Download Door Files.
