To clear the Tablet Data, please attempt the following steps:
- Log into STRATIS and navigate to the Home Screen where you'll see the "Welcome to STRATIS" message in the center circle.
- Locate and click on the little person icon at the top left corner of your tablet next to the question mark.
- Click "Clear App Data" then click "Refresh." This action will cause you to be logged out of STRATIS.
- Log back in and proceed to download new door files by navigating to Manage Property > Door Operations > Download Door Files.
