When opening the Maintenance feature for the first time, you will be prompted to add a maintenance email address. All tickets will automatically be sent to this address, but you will have the option to send the ticket to a different staff email when creating a ticket.


From the Maintenance menu, select Add Ticket.


Enter the requested information:

  • Requestor: Person requesting the work

  • Status: Status of the ticket

  • Ticket Type: Type of work being requested


Choose Units and/or Unit Groups to receive the work.


IMPORTANT: There is a storage limit on maintenance credentials before no-tour functionality stops working. Please reference the app to avoid going over this limit.


Select Create Ticket.

  • An email will be sent to the maintenance email address entered earlier and the ticket is automatically assigned to that user.


Choose Start Date/Start Time and End Date/End Time:

  • Start Date/Time: The date and time the credential being created will begin operating the selected units/unit groups

  • End Date/End Time: The date and time the credential being created will begin operating the selected units/unit groups - 


IMPORTANT: Credentials will 24 hours per day, 7 days per week from the Start Date/Time to the End Date/Time.


Select Next.


Verify the that information on the confirmation page is correct, enter your password and select Confirm. Place a credential on the reader and wait for confirmation in the app that the credential has been created successfully.


IMPORTANT: If you just want to create a ticket without creating a credential, select Cancel on the confirmation screen and the ticket will be generated without a credential being made.
