If you are experiencing issues programming keys due to a loose cable connection, please attempt the following:
- Verify that the cables are completely plugged in and attempt to program a key.
- Attempt to program a different key, this will help you verify that the issue is related to the cable.
- Swap out the Micro USB to USB adapter (2 inch cable) on your iButton Fob Programmer with the one on your iButton Door Programmer ( 2-prong cable) and attempt to make a key.
