This is normally caused by one of four issues:

  • Door times are incorrect, check the door time on a lock that does not work.  When connected to the lock, you can program the lock or select Set Door Time to correct the lock time. 
  • Incorrect lock types, programming for iButtons only works on BE467 and FE410 Locks
  • Placing the key correctly on the door, verify it is contacted on the door correctly
