In order to better serve our clients, STRATIS Support is using a live meeting app called Zoom. Through the Zoom app, our users will be able share their tablet screens and share video with a STRATIS Support team member LIVE!
To use its features, you will need to have the Zoom app installed on your STRATIS tablet. You do NOT need to create a unique Zoom account to use Zoom. There are two different ways to install Zoom, depending on if you're using a Lenovo Tab3 or Lenovo Tab4.

If you're using a Lenovo Tab4, the application will download automatically when you're invited to your first Zoom Meeting by STRATIS Support. You'll need to have access to an e-mail address on your STRATIS tablet to access a Zoom meeting invite.
If you're using a Lenovo Tab3, you will need to download the Zoom Cloud Meetings app from the Google Play Store. To access the Google Play Store, click on the Google Play store app on your STRATIS tablet, sign-in to a Google account and search for Zoom Cloud Meetings:
Once installed, you do not need a Google account linked to your tablet. To remove the Google account from your tablet, go to Settings and click Accounts, then Sync, then click the icon and click Remove Account.
